Policies and Conditions

1 Our Cancellation Policy: If cancelled within 72 hours of check in day 100% of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation Policy from 20th December 2026 – 28th February 2027 is 14 Days prior to check in day.
If cancelled within this time 100 % of the booking will be charged. This charge also applies for a no show.

2 Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.

3 Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so).

4 Visitors are requested to vacate the property by 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

5 All accommodation rooms are Strictly Non-Smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area. Failure to comply with this may incur a $200 charge to cover extra cleaning costs or loss of income.

Sorry we do not allow pets at our accommodation.
